Simon is a specialist gynaecologist (and obstetrician) trained in Wellington. In addition to Cycles Gynaecology, Simon works as an obstetrician and gynaecologist at Hutt and Wellington Hospitals, as a proceduralist at Fertility Associates, and as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Otago. He has a special interest in minimally invasive gynaecology surgery (completed the AGES accredited training program in advanced minimally invasive surgery) as well as endometriosis and persistent pelvic pain.
Simon is a father of two, (as well as two dogs, a cat, seven sheep and eight chickens). He was born in Ireland, grew up in Australia and has lived in Wellington since 2015.
